Return Policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy and a 2-year limited warranty to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
1. What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers repair, replacement, and technical support for up to 2 years from the purchase date. If your product develops a defect due to materials or workmanship under normal use, we will offer free repair or replacement.
Please note: Issues caused by misuse (such as physical damage, water exposure, or overheating) are not covered under warranty and may result in additional charges.
2. Which products are eligible for returns?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and labels. Opened items that show no visible signs of use may also be eligible upon inspection.
We’ll confirm return eligibility after we receive and inspect the returned item. If there are any issues, our support team will reach out to you.
3. How do I return a product?
You can initiate a return directly from your Order Center on our website:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My Orders.
3. Click Return next to the relevant order.
4. Follow the return instructions provided.

4. What if the product I received is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@asmaxworld.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the damage so we can quickly assess the issue.
In most cases, we’ll determine whether replacement parts can resolve the issue, or if a full product exchange is needed. We’re here to help you get things working again as easily as possible.
5. How do I ship the return?
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions. At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
6. When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Actual refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
