  2. Go to “Ways to Redeem”.
  3. Choose your reward (e.g., $5 OFF, $10 OFF).
  4. Copy your unique coupon code and apply it at checkout.

How it works

  1. Choose the merchandise you want from the options shown.
  2. Send an email to support@asmaxworld.com with:
    Your full name & Account email & The item you’d like to redeem
  3. Our team will verify your points and manually process your request.
  4. We’ll ship your reward for free to your address.

Manual redemptions may take a few business days to process.

Does it take a long time to earn enough points?

Not at all! We regularly run Double Points or even Triple Points events, so you can earn rewards faster. You can also collect points by joining other ASMAX activities or completing simple tasks — not just through shopping!

What if I cancel or return an order?

The points from that order will be deducted after your refund is processed.

My points didn’t show up — what should I do?

Can I transfer or cash out my points?

No, ASMAX Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

What happens if someone abuses the program?

ASMAX reserves the right to adjust or cancel points in cases of suspicious activity, such as placing large orders just to request refunds.
